My DH and I have entered a weight loss contest at our local community center. It goes by percentage of weight lost rather than actual pounds. It started a week ago and we weigh in every Monday evening. DH has lost 16lbs and I have lost 10lbs. We have 7 weeks to go and I'd sure appreciate some different things to try so we can stay motivated. Thanks!
