I leaped than looked

Just found the intro. site , sorry ,I just jumped in , I am in Mo. and am an orchidholic have about 200 of them and a few assorted house plants , also raise birds, canaries and finches , have 1 pet cockatiel , and 2 white cap pionus parrots , 3 Mo. foxtrotter horses , 1 great dane and one ?? 1 cat Slinky , and about 30 chickens ,We are retired ?lol moved from Ca. about 21 years ago .This is a great site ,now if I can figure out the Journal . Thank You to all for the warm welcome , I am between Lebanon and Camdenton Mo.about 40 miles east of Springfield . and also garden outside most of the things out side are roses , blooming shrubs , annuals , glads , peonies , and lots of holly hock and assorted things . Happy to meet everyone . Gin

Hi, Gin! Welcome to DG. I, too am close to Lebanon. Tennessee, though - not Missouri :) Glad to have you here! If you haven't discovered it yet, you might click on "Member's Journals" link on the right, and browse around some of the other members' journals (it's a choice whether or not your journal is public, those you can see have all been made public by the member.) I found lots of good ideas there before I started mine.....
