With the horrific tragedy that took place yesterday, I realize that there will be some members that have far more to be concerned with. However, I’ve received a couple of e-mails from members that have not received their secret daylily or iris trade. Mail will undoubtedly be delayed this week and I’m sure some are concerned about family and loved ones that were close to the disaster. I’d like to get a head count of those that are still waiting. If you have not received a box – or have been unable to mail your box please post here. I can look on my list and see where your box is coming from. I’ll try to tie up loose ends next week – I think we’re all in shock over these events and will be for some time.

Sue, I mailed mine Monday, and I haven't received either of my Secret Trades. I'm not concerned with that now, or if I ever get them. I'm only concerned about our current state of events, and about our dear friends whom we have not heard from.

i recieved my secret plant trade from ruby42 but not my iris/daylily trade. I know the world is at a stand still and that my regular trades that i mailed are more than likely stuck at a post office....i will replace them if need be.

I got mine sent out on Monday afternoon, I know the plants I sent are stuck somewhere in a PO or airplane. Will replace them if they aren't safe. Thank you Poppy-Sue for the trade :>) Lani

Sandy here and I haven't received mine yet, but by the same token, I was unable to mail mine out until Tuesday morning(9/11). I think I was at the post office when the first plane hit the first tower. I'm letting you know, that I'm not concerned, as I understand that the mail is going to be delayed but it will come in due time. I must say, I am glad it isn't the middle of summer with all these traveling plants smoldering in the heat...Sandy
