planting my cabbages and carrots today suggestions please?

Ok, I've got red and green cabbages ready to go into EBs and want to plant my carrots directly into the EB today or tomorrow. I have 3 types of fertilizer, which of the three should I use for the cabbages? 8-8-8, 10-10-10, 13-13-13 and which should I use for the carrots? 8-8-8, 10-10-10, 13-13-13? Also, I have Sevin spray, Dipel dust and Fertilome Action plus, which should I use on the cabbage and when, I understand they have lots of bug problems and disease problems.

I am planting lettuce in the lay flat bags today also. I'm putting my cabbages where they won't get killed with sunlight, was thinking about the greenhouse permanently with them since they have so many problems with bugs?

Any suggestions would be very appreciated here. Remember, I'm a beginner at this and need lots of help here, so try and be specific as you can ok?
