The DG Newsletter has an excellent article on Botanical Classification... http://davesgarden.com/guides/articles/view/2071/ for those (like me....) who can still get confused as to species, cultivars, genera etc......

Thank you for pointing us in the direction of that great article! It sure is informative and I've tagged it for future reference! I know when I first joined DG I had a heck of a time finding things in Plant Files. Then someone told me I'd have better luck searching by Genus. PF has become one of my favorite parts of this Garden ... not a day goes by that I'm not browsing there, LOL. Susanne make it all a lot easier to understand!

How do you 'tag' an article to find it later? I would like to go back and read it again and again, til it burns into my brain. ^_^

Look for the little icon at the top right of this screen, it looks like a little manila folder. When you want to tag/save something, just click on that little folder and it will tag it for you and save it to your info.
