I'm noticing a trend leaning towards more men doing the cooking these days.
Who cooks at your place? My DH does all the cooking here, which is fine by me!!
Who does the cooking at your place?
I do the cooking, hubby does the bbq'g
I assume you mean food?^_^
I am the weekday cook.
ok I'm jealous...lol my dh clicks the remote
i use to cook a lot now i let the better half do it - she has convinced herself that i do not know how - she has no evidence of this - she does a great job so i'm happy to let her besides i'm usually working out before dinner.
That's how DH ended up doing th cooking...every time I did he was right there saying I was doing everything wrong. Now I just don't ^_^
I do nearly all of the cooking. DH does pancakes and waffles and omelets. Otherwise, I cook.
Me, I cook and love it!
Oh yeah I make a mean beef(or venison) stew in the crockpot
if I didn't cook it would be microwaved!... I do the cooking & BBQ... at parties and if I need it... he will assist though
If there's any cooking done, I do it!! DH does take-out!! He can't even make himself a sandwich anymore!!! DH will mow the lawn, shovel the driveway, put the garbage out for trash day and do his own laundry. And if he wants food in the house, he has to do the grocery shopping. I do the cleaning, gardening, bills, cooking and clean up, household laundry and taking care of Colin. It doesn't look too bad on paper, but he still spends most of his time sleeping on the couch in front of the TV!! I think that's because my jobs are constant and his are weekly. Eleanor
P.S. My two men in front of the TV watching "Bob the Builder"!!

Cute picture Eleanor.
I do the cooking and grilling, but DH used to grill. I like to cook, just don't like the clean up afterward. I love to read cookbooks and looking for something new to try.
Hi Eleanor!! My DH does clean up crew...clean up of any left overs that is.....not dishes.
Ha, This dad does the cooking, cleaning, gardening and stays after the 8/6/3.5 year olds. I can't wait until warm weather so that they can be pushed outside for some vitamin D.
Never under estimate the importance of vit. D !!!!! lol
Well, in our household there is no "woman" that does the cooking...lol.
Typically I cook and Paul does the laundry. I take care of the dogs and Paul takes care of the kitties. We grocery shop mutually (although I'm the coupon clipper of our duo). I garden, he's still dirt-o-phobic. Dishes, we split, I do them one day, he does them the next, that sort of thing.
Was that way to much information?
My dh is mostly limited to repairs and renovations. Once in a while he will cook and clean. He attempts to do his laundry when he has nothing clean anymore. Usually I end up having to fold it or he would just leave it in the drier until it is all used up. He doesn't even take the trash out!! Pain in my ..... oops I mean what a wonderful, helpful, husband. ; ) He does work a lot more than me and makes most of our income -he's lucky or he would not get away with half of what he does - or should I say 'doesn't' do. : )
My cousin in Maine sent this.

That deep fried grilled cheese sandwich sure looks good....
I couldnt believe chocolate covered bacon?
Fried mozarella sticks wrapped with bacon?
My blood sugar just shot thru the roof.
I need a nap now,
ITS FRIED
SHERRI
ITS FRIED
I do the cooking. Jeff is very handy at a lot of other things.
ooohh bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks
I do all the cooking and Michael does the grilling. He also ( and this is a big one) does all the clean-up....
He doesn't like the way I load the dishwasher. hehehehe. ;)
My husband does all the cooking, except for pizza. I make the pizza, he overworks the dough and it gets tough. Gotta be a perfect circle for him to make the pizza.
We used to split cooking but have fallen into the traditional roles since my DW became a stay at home Mom.
Traditional roles here too. I do whatever she says.
DH is a much better cook than I am. I do make a great meat-loaf, I mix & he molds. I also do the yorkshire pudding at christmas.
I cook for myself and DD and SIL split their duties.
She shops for the basics, meat, vedgs etc.
Whoever gets home first cooks. They both get home around 6:00.-7:00
I'm half way to bed by then.
GD only eats pizza or mac&cheese from a box.
kids who knows how they survive.
No peanut butter, sometimes fish sticks and sometimes Raman Noodles.Ugggg. also sometimes Chef Boyardi in a can.
She'll be 18 soon. Her brother was the same way until he went away to college and shared a suite with someone who cooked in a resturant. Now he writes home for reciepes.
We were so thankfull for the roomates guidence.
Grandson was learning to cook Rizotto when he was here over the summer.
We will gradually work up to neutrition and balanced meals at another time.
Its a phase.
It is cold and damp and dark here too.Thats the downside of daylight-saving-time.
Takes another month for the sun to come up when I do.
