April 4 - 19 Wildseed Farms Wildflower Celebration!

Fredericksburg, TX(Zone 8a)

I would provide a link, except I never learned how to do that very well. I admit I am technologically illiterate but I love flowers! Anyway if anybody's interested we could have a really good time. There are lots of hotels and RV parks and restaurants. There's also the Fredericksburg Herb Farm and Enchanted Rock for those who love to climb. If you want to go there though you might need to make a reservation. That's a very crowded place in spring.

If you do a google search on Wildseed Farms, you'll find all the info you need.

I love visiting the Wildseed Farm! It's also great to visit Willow City Loop this time of year (early April) to see all the bluebonnets and other wildflowers blooming.

Willow City Loop is pretty spectacular sometimes. This year I don't expect much though because there probably wasn't much rain when the bluebonnets needed it for germination, but we'll see. I haven't seen any in our yard yet. But the Wildseed Farm should be fun anyway.:)

Stephanie, are you still interested? If not, that's ok. I know everybody is busy with spring stuff.

Wow, I just read about their plans for April. Every afternoon in April they are going to have the Almost Patsy Kline (sp?) band playing. Don't know if you like country/western music, but around here that's a pretty good draw.:)

I won't be there this year. We live up in Fort Worth, but when I go visit my dad (in San Antonio) we sometimes take a road trip to the hill country. I used to live in Kerrville and just love to go driving up there during the spring.

Ok. Well, maybe I'll see you at a RU sometime.:)
