What do you do with Daicon radishes?

How do you fix Daicon radishes? I mean there is only so much you can do with them ha?

Last year I had 50 or 60 of these huge things. DH asked me to fry them , he said they were awesome, I tried it but hated it.

Do you do anything else with your Daicon radishes?
