Row cover for Cauliflower

Laurel, DE(Zone 7a)

We plan to plant cauliflower this year and are wondering what is the best material to use for row cover to keep sun on the plants but keep the worms and other pests out?
Any suggestions welcome.

Hi Candee,

I have used Reemay for my row covers on broccoli and eggplant - the lightweight one worked fine until they blossomed and then I took it off. Burying it was a pain but I saw someone lay lengths of rebar to hold it down so if eggplants go in that is what I will do. On a side note the brassicas seem to do better in the fall up here than the spring.
