OK, this is cheap and easy and I am a chocoholic.

I pkg Goya Flan mix - 5.5 oz (156 g)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 1/2 cups milk

The Goya mix calls for 4 cups of milk, I cut it back to 3 1/2 and add the cocoa powder to the dry mix, then add milk, bring to a boil stirring constantly.

Pour into prepared cups and chill till set.
