That's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very pretty bloom! I've always liked the el capitolio's (sport or not) Thanks for sharing!
My peach capitalio died this winter. Does anyone know of a nursery that sells them?
Anne
That is quite beautiful.Congrats!!!!!!
Hidden Valley Hibiscus sells it as a threesome of red/yellow/peach http://www.hiddenvalleynaturearts.com/acatalog/ancestors.htm I don't think they ever sell them separately, just as the trio. I also think I've seen it in the past at www.atouchofthetropics.net , it's not there now but you might check back again in a bit.
thank you, though I have the red I'd love the yellow. I was looking to replace that one and the elephant ear and Mystic Morning that I lost last year. They are so pretty.
the one I want is called a chinese lantern
not a large blossom , but has holes in petals
no one sells them here, been told by the nurseries they are not 'showy' enough
Is this the Chinese Lantern you want ? http://exotichibiscus.com/specials.cfm

been wanting that type for 12 years!!!
THANKS for the link!
Google is a wonderful thing.......You're very welcome.
You should also check with Pizonne01. He is a great guy and has lots of beauties including these. I have been to his place and many varieties are there. He is very knowledgable and a good teacher.
