Very nice. I wish I had saved my domed cups like that. FYI, you don't have to make a new thread for each picture. Just add them all on one.

Lakeview, OR(Zone 7b)

Oh, I didn't know. TY. We country girls are a little slow when it comes to technology.

I'm a country girl too. And I just joined a year ago and still have problems. It took me 4 or 5 months to learn how to send pictures. ^_^

Hubby got me this laptop last fall. I just got this little card reader to get pictures. It is way cool.

There are a lot of people here that know about computers. Tils came to my house and helped me with my picture stuff. I've had this computer five years now and I still don't know much. I wonder if those lesson they advertise on TV are any good?

Lakeview, OR(Zone 7b)

Lessons don't do any good if you can't remember them. I find CONSTANT practice is the best teacher. THAT'S why I'm on here all the time. LOL

Yeah I understand that.

Woodinville, WA(Zone 8b)

Nice setup!! And you guys are doing fine. I'm always happy to help if you have questions.

Vashon, WA(Zone 8b)

I love that plant stand! You can get a lot in an efficient space like that. What kind of lights do you have hooked up on it?

Lakeview, OR(Zone 7b)

I bought this plant stand @ Bi-Mart. 29.99. It's like Fred Meyer only a lot smaller; it's owned by the employees and you have to be a member as I have for over 40 years. The lights are "Gro-Lights" $10.99 ea. Hubby didn't charge anything to set it up! :-) It keeps me out of his hair (such as it is). I will get one more to hang from the ceiling, then I can't do any more; I don't have room!!

Fun fact: Somewhere I still have my Bi-mart card from when I lived in Corvallis 25 years ago . . .

Vashon, WA(Zone 8b)

I like that idea, owned by the employees.

Poulsbo, WA(Zone 8a)

Love it Mort. You gave me a Idea for my chepe little stand, need to find lights to fit it.
Willow is right, just keep your tread going now matter what you want to say, we will find you faster, some of us don't look that much for new treads to busy.

Glad the card reader is working for you, I have one for my Laptop too. But I like my Big one better, even if it gives me a hard time.

If you have any problems, I know that Kathy or I can help. Kathy has help me with a few things. And there are others that can help too, just ask LOL

Bend, OR(Zone 5a)

Last week I gave into the urge to plant EVERYTHING indoors early.

I decided to maybe rush things a little. I have this huge corner computer desk in the dining room that really has just been collecting stuff since I got my laptop. I was going to move the computer into the French room and give the desk to my son who has been begging for it for a while. Of course now he has no room for it….grrrrrrr…. So I did move the computer and threw away most of the collection of junk around it and….the desk is now the plant stand!

I bought a new light fixture with 5 adjustable heads and filled it with grow lights. (Holy smokes grow lights are expensive…Husband was a VERY GOOD SPORT.)My daughter in law said if I put too many grow lights in I might expect a visit from the local gendarmes. I’ll be happy to show them my sprouting tomatoes and hopefully some Dahlias. They didn’t come to visit when I had 20+ 150w floodlights keeping baby chicks warm…

We'll see if anything grows.
I'll get a piture up as soon as I can.

Hi Ginger, I just sent you a dmail to tell you how to find us. You beat me to it^_^. Welcome to DG!!

Like the plant stands, I've got my seeds planted but haven't figured out where I'm going to put them yet. At least they're planted and on a heat pad that I had from another project.

Welllllll......It moved to the "French room" AKA Shane's old bedroom. We have one daughter living in France and we are slightly nuts about that place. (Lavender in Provance is truly heaven.) So we have a French theme'd guest room....
Still, since I got my laptop I never used it anyway. Can sit on the couch with little laptop so.........

VIOLA! PLANT DESK!
