another day, another violet

Lakeview, OR(Zone 7b)

It's been 6 days since I planted all of my leaves in cups with domes. They have not keeled over yet. One leaf looks a little curled. Should I leave it or if it gets really dead, can I trim it? any advice here will be worth a bunch. Ithis photo is just one of the leasves I have purchased from Violet Barn. I am itching to get a couple of streps. Cheryl
OOPS! the photo left I think.

I didn't know Violet Barn sold violet leaves? Pretty violet in the photo. What is the variety?
Sorry, I am not understanding what you mean about trimming the leaf if it dies.

Bell's Burgundy Rain-forgive me, my fibrofog has kicked in. AND I got them from Drew's Violets. I did get 10 little plants from Rob's and one has a flower. The remark about cutting the leaf: I thought I read that you could cut the bad part of the leaf off if need be. It's tough being 63 with fibrofog AND being blonde too!!

You are off to a great start with all those leaves and 10 plants also. Yes, if there is a bad part on the leaf...go ahead and trim it. Good luck in all your growing efforts!

Study up on an anti-inflammatory diet and you might feel 100% better. (Dr. Perricone's being one of them) Avoid all foods that cause inflammation.

caffeine being the first, I bet. I don't drink alcohol, smoke, or hang out with those that do. I'm not giving up my pot of tea..:-)
