Anyone use Google SketchUp?

I just started playing around with Google SketchUp and really like it. Went through some of the tutorials and I think I can learn the basics in a reasonable amount of time. I'd like to plan this year's garden in it, but I'm not finding all of the models I need in the Google Warehouse. Does anyone have flower, vegetable, and herb models that they're willing to share?

Or can anyone give me some quick tips on making my own models? It seems like it would take a lot of time and practice. I did the chair tutorial, and that was easy enough. But plants? I don't know.
