OK, altho I have never tried the tomato planter, I did just bite on these. They cant be worse than my ones in the ground I have to constantly weed around.

topsy turvy strawberries
gardenglory those look real nice. I keep thinking of strawberries in a stack a pot system now I guess after TPlant bought one for his son's strawberrys. Have you seen those yet?
Yes, I cant wait to see them to. These were just the ticket tho, this year, for my budget and space. Well, I guess we will see if they were the ticket or not lol. Time will tell. I never got the tomato ones??? You would have to have a pulley to hoist them up hight enough. Strawberries are far more in control. I think I can reach a place.
Do either of you have any knowledge of the day neutral strawberries, or is the zone you're in just for June bearers? I'm waiting for some
Tri-star day-neutrals to put in my EzGro stackers.
Im ignorant on that one. I do buy everbearing tho.
Im watching Bob and T plants, they are in a hot zone too, Im going to pay close attention to which does the best. I go for flavor, not size. I would love both, but find some of the larger ones so bland.
That is so true. Think wild strawberries and their intense flavor.
Garden Glory: I can't plant ever beaing ones here, I have the tomato topsy turvy, and 4 revolutionary planters from Gardens Supply, I will be trying all 6 out this Spring. Wait til you see the set up I got going on tomorrow with the table I had moved onto my deck tonight. LOL Got plenty of room to put things under it and let the plants get little bits of sunlight. My cukes are going out for some sun too, and I'm going to be utilizing Jay's grand idea also but with a twist.
joy
