Would you all tell me which, other then the CG, you think has the best scent? Also any others with a compact form other then the Cypress Gardens.

Out of the list you provided, I'm only familiar with Charles Grimaldi. Whether a scent is liked, loved, loathed, or just so-so is a personal thing. The scent can change a bit depending on the time you smell them. Intensity can also affect how one reacts to an odor. What matters most is your personal opinion. Do you have access to those cultivars when they are in bloom?
Inca Sun is supposed to stay relatively small and to bloom early. Brugs will stay smaller in pots. You can also reduce the height of a plant by starting a cutting from above the "Y" or cutting the top of the standard off at the height you want it and rooting that portion.
