I got lucky Friday when I was offered free cow poop just for the picking up. I'm sure some of the minerals have leached out, but for the most part it should make pretty good tea. Most was dry enough I could pick it up with my hands. Of course I used the fork, but I'm just saying.
My question is, how does one determine the strength of the tea so as not to burn plants?

Place tea in a clear glass. Hold up to the sun. When it looks like tea you would drink you have about the right mix. This is not rocket science. Getting close is fine.
