Not exactly computer talk- How do I stop unwanted calls?

I have been getting 5-10 calls A DAY from a number in New Orleans (I live about an hour away). The recirding says:

Privacy Director.
To accept charges, press 1
To refuse charges press 2
To block further calls from this facility, press (and then gives no number, when I press 3 it says "call ended please hang up".

This is driving me crazy! It has been going on for almost a week now and it is SO annoying. How can I stop these calls?
