Baby Lima Beans, I need some help here....

Columbus, OH(Zone 5b)

OK strange as it may sound, I am 55 glorious years old and have never prepared Lima beans, baby or otherwise. I grew up in California, it's not part of the Southern California cuisine I suppose.

Anyway, I've soaked a bag of dried Baby Lima beans over night and hope to make them for dinner, so now wha-do-I-do?

I tasted one of the soaked Lima beans and although a bit crunchy it reminded me of raw potato.

Quick! What's your bestest, favorite, main dish Baby Lima recipe?

Thanks
Dove

Thought I would post a picture of Hubby's (aka Mr Wonderful) fresh baked bread, just cuz it's gorgeous.
