Ok. Since I feel so comfortable here now I'm confessing my cooking sins.

Today I still had a stinkin' cold and wanted comfort food. Hadn't been grocery shopping so I was scouring the house for anything. It was DIVINE.

Angel hair pasta
the last of the leftover homemade salsa
the last of the sour cream
1 small pat of butter
salt and pepper to taste

Drained my noodles, threw 'em back in the pot. Threw in butter so they wouldn't stick to the hot pan. Threw salsa on it. Scoured the sour cream container. Added a little pepper. Added salt because I can taste nothing right now. Very ridiculous, very good recipe, imho.

Silly. Sad. True. Had to share it...
