Wanted: Tomatoes, Peppers, and Watermelon

Hi guys! I'm looking for a few things this year. I've not grown tomatoes from seed before, but want to try my hand at it. I don't really have any knowledge of different types of tomatoes so any help would be appreciated. Here's what I'm looking for:

Tomatoes:
red - a real good flavored one good for sauces and salsa's also good for just uncooked eating
green - looking for one good for cooking, fried green tomatoes and such
yellow - also looking for one good for cooking
tomatillos - for cooking

Peppers:
I'm looking for a sweet red good for roasting
jalepeno
a medium heated red (or any color)

Watermelon:
I'm looking for seeds for the baby seedless watermelons

Eaton's Penstemon - Penstemon eatonii

Campsis Radicans - orange trumpet creeper vine
Viola cornuta - penny purple picotee
Giant Princess Aster
Xeranthemum annuum - Immortelle
Brazilian button - Pineapple Sangria
Echinacea purpurea
Pasque flower - Pulsatilla vulgaris
Bergenia cordifolia
Cosmos - bunch of different kinds
Sunflowers - bunch of different kinds

I can't help myself. I have to ask whether seeds for seedless watermelon is an oxymoron. ^_^

Check Grandpa's list below for tomatoes. We still have a few left free for postage.
Roma is a good one for cooking and canning, it's on the list. Lots of information out there on seed starting.
