how to stop a dog from peeing in the house

I have a dashound that thinks his peeing post is anywhere in my house he has been trained for 5 years & now i can't get him to stop going in the house.
Can anyone help me with this?
I have had him to the vet a lot to check everything on him.
Hope someone can help with this
