feeling rather dumb ...plant help?

Hi,

I know I am hit or miss this winter on here wtih my new job position and now dealing with stuff to get done and ready and growing in the back area for a wedding in Sept....yes my daughter finally picked a date.
Anyway I am trying to get started wtih cleaning the weeds out of the flower beds behind the house and I feel so dumb right now as I have tried looking through the files on here to find things to match up to know if it is a keeper or a tosser

here are two plants that I am not sure of ...are these keepers or tossers???
I have alot of the one on the left all over the place

The plant on the left is Wild Geranium, a native annual with pretty foliage but tiny flowers.

The one on the right I don't know but it looks promising.

so it looks like I have a ton of the wild geranium I can move together some then

the other I have no idea either I couldn't find anything that looked like it but it looks like it will have yellow flowers soon

You are welcome. Maybe if you post a picture with the flowers open we might be able to tell.
