I'm doing this tonight so I can get it posted more easily. And so I can maybe just lie in bed in the morning.
I worked at both the thrift store & the cafe' today. I want to work at the cafe' tomorrow night too if my body will go along with it. We had 77 tonight mostly in about 1 1/2 hours. Then they just trickled in until closing time. I get a free meal out of it so I took the special(bacon wrapped grilled chicken legs), some peas off the salad bar, Watergate salad, some tropical fruit mix & broccoli/cheese soup. I ate all but the soup when I got home. Lunch at the store was a chicken leg quarter from the rotissarie, cooked broccoli salad, steamed garlic with ff 'butter, 1/2 of a chicken salad with grapes in it on WW bread pressed on me by a coworker, real strawberry juice jello, a cupcake, and a couple thin slices of choc. cake. I did take the Phase 2 capsules. My 4:30 meal between places was 2 nuked chicken eggrolls. I snitched a few pieces of fried okra, tator tots, fried catfish, & mushrooms tonight too. It's no wonder I have gained back 2# this week.
Congratulations, Sue, on the lost #s. I know where 2# of them went. lol You sure are using that eliptical a lot.
I'll try to look up some healthy eating tips tomorrow. Right now I think I need to get to bed. But I did want everyone to wake up to a new thread in the morning.
