I just had, for the first time ever, Outback Steakhouse's Carrot Cake..... and it was to die for !
Now I am on a mission to find the recipe - I've never had a carrot cake so moist, not too rich,
perfect icing. I think the cake also had golden raisins or pineapple or peaches, something
ground up in there. It was so yummy !

Help.... please.....
Anyone know it or could get it or has a recipe for carrot cake that's just as good ?
