Dolomite Lime in Veggies

Auburn, AL(Zone 8a)

When I first received my EB's several years ago the only thing they recommended you put dolomite in were tomato plants. I now see they suggest it for "most" vegetable plants. I've never put it in my cucumbers and they have done fine, but last years zucchini was a wash out. What do you put dolomite in?

Araness: I know you don't put it in acid loving plants such as strawberries etc; but in alkaline loving plants such as peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, etc you should definately use it. Alkaline loving plants yes, acid loving plants no.
