_______ Peanutbutter Buckeye Cookies

1 stick margarine
1 pound powdered sugar
1-18 oz. jar peanut butter
2 cups Rice Krispies
Mix together thoroughly and form into small balls and chill.

Chocolate dipping mix:
6- 1 ounce squares semi-sweet chocolate chopped(I use chips
2- 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
4 TBS shortening
In top of double boiler combine all ingredients. Place over, but not touching hot water. Stir to melt. Remove from heat to dip cookies. If necessary, re-warm chocolate over water.

Then dip into chocolate mixture and let set up on wax paper
