Transplant bulbs in spring?

I had a bunch of bulbs that got planted very late, as in a few weeks ago. They include daffs, aliums, tulips and a few other spring bulbs. I was going to toss them in some garden pots-the black plastic kind- but didn't have enough "soil" or enough time to clean them ( I work 10-14 hour days). The ground had froze early this year, so got caught short. I can usually get things planted as late as Christmas. When I did plant them, we had a warm period for about a week. The only ground I could find that wasn't frozen solid was one of my raised veg garden beds used for warm season crops that doesn't get planted until late May. I put them back from the edges, and mulched with about 6" of leaves and shredded tree mulch. IF they come up, can these be transplanted out into the yard in spring or wait for the foliage to die back? Not worried if they don't bloom this year if that's the least of my worries. Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul,
I would let them come up....you may or may not get blooms this year. Then, I'd let the foliage die back or at least start looking yellowish before I moved them (6 weeks or so). Then, they will have the best chance for blooming NEXT year, since this year's late planting may diminish your 09 results.
I'm just an amateur, but that is what I'd do.
