Vaccination Question

I may be taking in a stray cat with 2 day old babies. History is unknown. Can the mother be vaccinated for Felv & other normal diseases while she is nursing? Mine own are vaccinated and she would be isolated in a separate bedroom but I would still prefer to have her vaccinated is possible.
