Identification?

Prospect, KY(Zone 6a)

This plant is hearty to zone 6a and also thrives in the summer heat it branches and seems to only trail about five inches before beginning a new stalk from somewhere near it's base. Fairly quick grower. I have no idea on a name or classification for it. Any help is appreciated.

Probably crassula/watch chain cactus - there are a number of forms for this species. -

Lee's Summit, MO(Zone 6a)

The picture is too fuzzy for a positive id, but we have a plant that grows wild here that looks very similar to this one - can you get a clear picture and re-post it?
