I got a bit carried away at the Oriental market the other day. They have such a great assortment of mushrooms - and greens and other stuff. Just as I was looking the mushrooms over, a guy came over and reduced the price! Well, I certainly had to have some then. I came home with four types, abalone, oyster, shitake and a package of some cute little light brown beech mushrooms I've never seen before. (That's a little melon in the background; can't remember the name but it's very sweet.)
Anyhow, do you have a favorite recipe using any one - or more - or these? I also have sprouts, baby bok choy and some other veggies.
