I was given a bunch of square food safe buckets. I thought I would use them to store my bulk grains but they are kind of sticky because they used to hold mayo and shortening. I decided to use them in the garden instead. I have seen some homemade EB using the square buckets. Then I saw in a gardening catalog something called a smart pot. It was for strawberries. It had wholes on the side for strawberries and then an opening on top for more berries or whatever you wanted. So what about make a self watering strawberry pot that is kind of a cross between EB/Smart Pot? Has anyone tried it?
