That child is so darling: When I see little children like this and then think of my own grandchildren and great grandchildren, it reminds me of how blessed we are. I can understand her being your princess. I must ask what kind of chick is that? it looks just like one of my half polish and half americauna? Hay

How long are the eggs good for? my girls are laying approx 120 eggs a month. just wondering how long I can store them for before they go bad on me!

hay, that is a silkie. she was only as big as my thumb when she hatched.
Eggs can last at least 4 weeks. If I am going to hard boil them I save them for weeks because they peel better. ;)
