Do you celebrate Ground Hog Day?
I DO!

I am so excited, I can't wait. It means I survived the boring freezing January blah's!
Closer to spring than not.

I always fix a nice dinner. Last year though, I ended up having a tooth pulled and no dinner :(
This year my son will have a little toe surgery so I am not sure I will do a big dinner.

I am going to have fried chicken. But I haven't decided what else yet?
Maybe homemade apple pie. Mmmmm!
