After being without a dog (first time in my life) for an entire year because we lost our dear Hogan (rottie/ridgeback mix) to the cancer demon,,, look what we got this weekend ... a golden retriever pup!!!!! :-) Her name is Dakota Sioux and she will be 4 months old tomorrow. An elderly couple had her and decided they couldn't handle her. She is such a sweetie (and SO exhausting!!) :-)
