Altho I know some people say you cant tell the differance between a store bought cake, I like to at least mine from a box mix. In the summer I use them alot with whipped stuff and fruit. My question is...do you know if they freeze well. They are not just a spur of the moment project, and I dont like to run my oven in the summer, altho this time of the year, I love to, as it helps with heating up things. I thought maybe I could make some and stash them for spring strawberries and them summber peaches, berries, etc.
