powdered mix for gravy?

Wondering if anyone has a powdered milk gravy mix recipe?
Something you would mix together and then store, measure out what you want as you cook, only adding water and browned sausage?
Ive been buying milk gravy mixes at the store, but with 5 of us, it takes too many and they are too expensive.
Any ideas?
