No flowers yet, but I picked this up at Home Repo a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was interesting because it was white on the inside of the leaves and green around the edges. Very perty!
Can anyone identify this Hoya...
Looks like Hoya carnosa "Krimson Princess"....
SR
Thanks for your help Shelly!
Alan
The red stems lead me to believe it is H. carnosa "rubra"
I did a google, and the only H Carnosa Rubra I saw was varigated white on the outside, green on the inside. Not green on the outside, white on the inside. So I am not led to believe it is this species.

Aren't the Krimson Princess and Rubra one and the same? http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/57702/
I've always been under the impression that the Rubra had the red stems, like mine and Alan's...the Krimson Princess has green stems.
Rubra and carnosa krimson princess are the same. The red leaves/stems are normal in several hoyas until they mature.
Learn something new every day!!
So, what is the one that has pink/red new leaves?
Sorry, I meant until the new growth matures =)
Beautiful plants Lin!!!!

ThreeG: Do you mean the plant on the shelf in the back with the red foliage? That's a Pseudorhipsalis ramulosa: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/141226/ The foliage was solid green until I moved it to a full sun location.
Hi Lourdes: Thanks! I'm just hoping the cold weather we are having right now doesn't hurt my plants. We had a freeze here last night, got down to 28 degrees and was still in the 30's at 11:00 this morning! It did warm up to low 50's later in the day though. We have another freeze warning tonight but then it's supposed to warm up and we will have daytime temp's in the mid 70's and nights mid 50's for Saturday and Sunday ... Thank Goodness!
I moved my orchids and most hoyas inside last week but the two large pots of KP are on my unheated enclosed porch, along with many other plants. Lots of plants are still out on the covered deck too, under the roof, and all covered with old blankets so they do have protection from frost. I have a large Orchid Cactus out under a tree in the backyard. I should have had my husband bring it into the shed but I just threw a blanket over it and left it. Sure hope it doesn't freeze. My huge Schefflera tree, Banana tree and the huge tree Philodendron's in the backyard were looking a bit mushy this morning but they have always come back from hard freezes before so hopefully they will be okay. It's supposed to be 27 degrees for 6 or more hours tonight so we may end up with some un-recoverable plants. :(
I meant which Carnosa. But the one with the red leaves in your photo is nice too ^_^
Alan...depending on which site you googled...it could be correct or wrong. Many growers misname their hoyas/plants and that's why it gets so confusing!!!!
Mine wasn't labeled at all, thus the reason for posting here =)
