how long should my chickens be molting, {if that is the problem} Mt egg laying is still in the red zone,,, I have 60 chickens and m lucky to get 2 dozen a day...... last year at this time I was getting 3 dozen or more a day.

Sounds like they may be coming out of it. Are there no visible signs? Flakes on feathers? Raggedy looking birds? Mine took way too long this year and I can't remember how long is normal...
I do not believe they molt more than a couple months. I could be wrong. A year isnt right. :/

Mine will molt maybe 2 months but it can take a while for them to get all their feathers back.
Have you check for mites those can make them look bad and stop egg production.
