costco

i am thinking of having costco foods as a theme for our dinner club--i know-very strange theme but one of those things where you had to be there to understand why!
anyhow-what do you suggest-i think i will post on cooking also
should i have a theme within the theme-----greek night from costco--i know they have wonderful greek salads and humus-might have frozen baklava etc

should i say use costco foods in your recipes -but that seems kind of dull-i mean costco meat vs kroger--who really cares?!

costco around the world-each part from a different country-greek salad----chinese potstickers for appetizer ---french dessert----italian bread--------german sausage type meal

or something different that i haven't thought of yet-
