Hi, folks. I'm looking for a web site where I can write-up a quick and dirty blog regarding a specific community-related event of interest to refer a local TV station to. The blog, which will include 9-10 events, each with a photo which will either be full-size or require a click-to-enlarge pic, needs to be for the simple-minded newbie blogger.

Actually, it will be for me to place my Dave's Garden blog of 1/13/09 http://davesgarden.com/community/blogs/t/Twincol/11058/ to invite my community, if the media is interested in passing it along.

Any thoughts, ideas, recommendations?
