I'm looking into getting an additional set of pans - and no, I don't mind polishing the copper. Has anyone used these? I'm leaning towards them or the Mauviel with the stainless steal interior. Don't want tin because I don't want to have to have them re-tinned after I use them a lot. If it wasn't for that I'd be drooling over the Ruffoni hammered copper. They're so beautiful.
Does anyone use All-Clad Cop-R-Chef pans?
