A really simple dessert!

Gainesville, FL

I made this up about a week ago when I really wanted something sweet and I couldn;t decide whether I wanted fruit, ice cream or cake.

I use sugar free products for this and its really low calorie. If you don't happen to like artificial sweeteners, you could use the "real sugar" products.

This is really yummy, you could make a whole bowlful to serve to company in, well, about 5 minutes. But for ONE serving:

1/6 of a Hill and Valley Sugar Free Angel Food Cake (60 calories)

1/2 cup fresh blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries, (about 40 calories) or substitute the fruit you like best

1 container of Jello sugar free 60 calorie pudding. I have tried plain vanilla, Dulce de Leche, and Banana Cream Pie. All are great

Put the berries in a bowl, tear the cake up with your fingers and add to thebowl, spoon the pudding over. Mix up well with a spoon and eat.

160 calories of pure sweet bliss.
