I first saw this guy in the summer. I heard his squawking in the trees, a familiar sound from my childhood. I saw him, bright green and yellow.
I called out to him, but he flew away. Have not seen him again until today. I figured he had died by now. It is 12 degrees here today and getting
colder tonight. He looks very healthy, seems to be hanging wth the sparrows.
