I grew some of this last year and I am wondering is there a way to preserve it for later use. It seems to go bad very quickly. I tried drying some in my dehydrator and it just was tasteless.
Can it be frozen? I don't care really if the texture changes, would like to use in soup and such.
Also noticed when I buy it at the store it goes bad so quickly.
