Anyone know some good links...not looking for recipes with 500 ingredients...but any simple use of cooking rice with beans/chickpeas/lentils etc. with lots of flavor!!!

Edited to say that SO many cultures eat them as they make a complete protein when eaten together... Corn also. I am trying to find alternatives to 'meat' ... and we enjoy differently tasting foods... Also when cooked together there are less pans to wash...
