Maybe we need to get back to taking about what we are eating somewhat. We've been doing fine talking about our exercising but seem to have gotten off track with talking about what we are putting in our mouths. We have had one family member go off to make her own thread because we don't seem to be talking enough about our eating. I'm as guilty as anyone. Sometimes I'm to embarassed to say what I have eaten.
This morning I have had about a TBLSP. of a cheese roll and have 2 banty eggs, & some shredded Mex. mix chesses to eat for breakfast along with a slice of ww toast. I'll have a few oz. of orange juice. Lunch will be another cabbage roll with the 'burger & rice stuffing & tomato sauce, a whole pink grapefruit, & maybe some carrots or mixed vegetables. I'm not sure about supper. I will make sure I get in the full 64 oz. of H2O today.
I'll be working on the pile of clothes on Jack's bed. The are some pillows I've washed that make the pile look large.
On TV I just saw these tips for weight loss: Assess the damage the holidays eating has done, Set goals, Make a short term plan, & after a month to six weeks evaluate your progress to see if this plan is working for you. I just learned the speaker owns a fitness club.
Pebble, how are you and your family doing? I think you were the one who was talking about making soup? Was it the cabbage soup that was so popular a few years back?
Joann, how are things down on the berry farm? What kind of work do you do this time of the year? Are you getting any of this heavy rain & snow in the Pacific NW? I am concerned about relatives in the Kent & Briar, WA areas. Are they in that mess? I have email them but not recieved answers in several days which is unusual.
I just noticed the time. ~~~~~ to everyone else for the moment. I must take care of both domestic & wild birds. And fix & eat breakfast.
GOD bless & keep each of you. BBL
