Recipe request: Sweet Potatoe Pie using sliced sweets

I've searched until my eyes have crossed, but have found none! My DH's grandmother used to make one that called for sliced sweet potatoes and Eagle brand milk, among other ingredients.

Please, if you have it, could you give it up?
