Mattress Stain Remover's

Anyone use Denver Mattress cleaning solutions? I used one of the powder mixes and had to use it at least 3 times on each side and it really worked. The question I have is this??? is that Oxyclean that they are putting in the cleaning packets, it sure looks like it and it doesn't have any type of ingredients on the label, just the name Denver Mattress. I plan to give this mattress away and it had a couple of spots from visitors, it has been in the spare room for at least 13 years, and looks and feels new except for those spots. It only gets used a couple of times a year, otherwise I would have gotten rid of it some other way.

It leaves a white stain on the floor if you drop some, but it leaves the fabric really white, not a bleach either because it didn't stain the carpet where I dropped some droplets.
