I have drastically reduced my salt intake, but I still pile on the sea salt ontop of my food and considering my heart disease I really need to find another way to get the salt taste but not the sodium.
Is there anything that's natural or Not bad for you that will give me the salt taste but not the sodium intake?
Someone told me about something called NO salt. have you heard of it and what is in it? any other suggestions?
